CONVERTING OPERATOR

Specific functions of this position:

Package completed material
-Make boxes in a sufficient quantity to handle produced materials.
-Properly box completed materials to avoid damage.
-Check materials to ensure quality specifications are being met.
-Tag/identify products.
-Stack skids with product.
-Move skids and shrink wrap product.

Complete appropriate paperwork
-Ensure paperwork is accurate and fully completed.

Workplace safety
-Adhere to safety standards and participate in safety-related activities.
-Report workplace accidents immediately.

Attendance
-Report to work as scheduled or use appropriate call-in procedures for obtaining approval for time off.

Other Responsibilities:

-Sweep floors.
-Ability to read a ruler.
-Maintain a clean working environment.
-Perform other related duties as required.
-Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Education:

-High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred.

Experience:

-No experience or training-OTJ provided.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

-Partner with our customers to effectively resolve issues through phone, live chat, and email.
-Provide support across our customer base.
-Communicate thoughtful, personalized solutions to help our customers.
-Collaborate with internal teams and account owners.
-Manage projects through the production process.
-Show composure and flexibility.

Requirements:

SALES REPRESENTATIVE

-Find potential customers through research, networking, and cold calling.
-Provide solutions that match customer needs with the company’s products or services.
-Discuss terms, prices, and conditions with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
-Finalize sales agreements and secure commitments.
-Provide ongoing support and assistance to maintain a positive relationship.
-Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
-Track sales activities, progress, and results to report to supervisors.
-Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve products and services.
